Garden of Eden necklace no.3

The Garden of Eden is the symbolic space of perfect harmony. It is nothing less than what is speculated to have been that God imagined as the zenith of creation and paradise. But humanity has sought it on Earth as if it were a secret garden.
In my Garden of Eden designs I try to create a "dynamic" harmony from some unusual compositions and hope to be able to touch people's sensibilities in unexpected ways.
 
There are 4 components in this Garden of Eden design no.3.
listing below are from left to right:
1. 3 rubies (2mm-3mm) cluster charm set in 18k gold, charm size 6.5mmx6.5mm
2. 2 flower charm with 9 rubies (1.5mm-2.5mm), the flowers are hand forged with two layer metals (18k gold inside and oxidized sterling silver outside), the petals are all hand formed, charm size 25mmx15mm.
3. enamel butterfly with two rubies (1.5mm-2mm) in the center. The two wings of the butterfly are traditional kiln fired vitreous enamels with delicated details. butterfly size 20mmx15mm.
4. one flower charm with 5 rubies (1.5mm-2.5mm), charm size 14mmx10mm.
The whole design creates a vivid picture that the butterfly is flying among flowers in the secret garden of Eden.
 
special designed chain with 14k yellow gold and sterling silver beads.
about 3" long 14k gold beads in the center to hightlight the 4 components. Then every 0.75" interval with a 14k gold bead.
overall 17.5" long, crew barrel type sterling silver clasps finish the chain in a sleek way.

materials: 18k yellow gold, 14k yellow gold (chain beads), sterling silver 925, vitreous enamels and ruby.
maker/material marks are soldered at the back of the pendant to guarantee the quality of workmanship.
